Delivery

Orders for leaflets, posters, vitamins and other promotional materials are distributed via the Norfolk Community Health and Care courier (provided by ERS Medical).

The van calls at GPs and pharmacies throughout Norfolk, as well as a number of health and community settings.

If your location isn’t on our delivery route, you can nominate your nearest collection point (usually a health centre) who will take delivery of your order for you to pick up when convenient.

A list of delivery and collection points will be available when you check out.

When can I expect my order?

We will aim to have your order packed within two working days but please note that the courier may only visit your location once a month (in the first week of the month). If the courier is making an additional trip to your location between these scheduled visits you may receive your order sooner.
