Many people can stay independent with little or no support from health and social care services. Other people have a range of care and support needs and may need some help. Care and support services help some adults with an illness or disability to live as well as possible. The aim of Adult Social Services is to support people in Norfolk to live fulfilling lives as independently as possible. They do this by working with individuals and communities. All of the work is done in partnership with the private and voluntary care sector and they are committed to integrating their services fully with the NHS.
