How to make the 'right call', the 111 service, and CPR instructions. The purpose of the leaflet is to give advice on using the ambulance service wisely, when to call 999 and what happens when you do, and to promote the use of 111 where appropriate. The leaflet does have several functions and is designed to be handed out at public engagement events. It is also for partners and volunteers to share it in their local communities, via libraries, GP surgeries, pharmacies and community centres.
