Reading Well Books on Prescription helps people to understand and manage their health and wellbeing using helpful reading available from public libraries. The books provide young people (aged 13 to 18) with information, advice and support for common mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression and stress. A GP or health professional can recommend a book from the list to their patients which they can then borrow from their local Norfolk library. This leaflet provides information about the scheme, signposting information and the recommended reading list.
