Mid Norfolk Workout Group is a new free project, helping people to become healthier and find out more about their local environment by taking part in nature conservation activities. As well as reducing stress levels, someone can meet new people and become more self-confident, as well as helping to make a positive contribution to the local environment. Activities include hedge planting, woodland management, identifying wildlife, restoring ponds and making benches.
