The lifestyle choices that someone makes today can decrease their risk of serious illnesses like type 2 diabetes, heart disease and cancer by as much as 60%. If someone is ready to make positive changes to their lifestyle, Norfolk's Living Well can help by providing access to hundreds of venues all over Norfolk ready to offer their support and services. There are plenty of free services on hand to help, wherever someone lives. NLW can also provide information to professionals and community groups to improve the health of the people they work with.
