SOS Project Safe Haven is a multi agency initiative set up to meet the needs and demands of those frequenting the night time economy in Kings Lynn. The SOS team deals with a variety of situations during operational hours and many are often difficult and challenging. This may include risk of physical / sexual assaults, mental health including suicide and self harm along with depression /anxiety, homelessness and rough sleepers, those vulnerable to the cold, those suffering the effects of alcohol consumption or drug misuse. The SOS team offer first aid, they help Individuals needing referrals into mainstream support which they may not beware of, provide a listening ear for those who find themselves socially isolated, offer support and assistance to anyone who finds themselves vulnerable and provide information, advice and guidance to anyone needing to move forward.
