This poster promotes the One You Physical Activity campaign running nationally. The headline messaging encourages people to move more. To help people incorporate a brisk ten minute walk into their day, the poster also signposts people to download the free Active 10 smartphone app, which shows people how much brisk walking they’re currently doing and where they can increase their pace to achieve more brisk minutes of walking during their day.
