Delivery

Orders for leaflets and posters are distributed via a local courier provider. The van calls at a number of designated locations around Norfolk, including GP surgeries, health centres and hospitals. We no longer have direct deliveries to Pharmacies, Opticians or Dentists. A list of delivery and collection points will be available when you submit and check out your order. If your location isn’t on the delivery route, you can nominate your nearest library as a collection point, who will take delivery of your order for you to pick up when convenient (please allow 3 working days).

When can I expect my order?

If you are using the courier service, we will aim to have your order packed within two working days but please note that the courier will only visit your location once a week. If you are using our library service, we aim to have your order delivered to the library of your choice within 3 working days.
