Pharmacy prescription bag stickers (NHS Health Checks)
These stickers have been developed in consultation with pharmacies and are designed to help you promote your NHS Health Check service. If you currently provide NHS Health Checks to your patients we suggest you put these stickers on the prescription bags of people who you think may be eligible for an NHS Health Check i.e. those who are Aged 40 – 74, Norfolk resident or registered with a Norfolk GP, do not already have cardio vascular disease, diabetes or are taking statins (you may know this from their prescriptions).
